The Land Notification system gives you the ability to monitor a personal name or business name for real estate activity. You can create one or more alerts that are triggered when real estate records are recorded with the county for the name identified in the alert.

When an alert is triggered, an email will be sent to the email address provided in the alert. The email will contain more information about the activity and will have a link to our county property records system.

Please keep in mind, when creating alerts, common names, such as "John Smith" may produce many results.

You will need an email account with Google or Yahoo to sign up for the land notification alerts, however, once you are signed up you can enter in any email address to receive your alerts. Please contact our office at 507.377.5130 if you need assistance.
